Refund policy
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our product.
We will accept items for exchange if sizing is wrong. We do not accept refunds unless you have received a defective product.
Items that are exchanged must be in a new and unused condition with original packaging. Tags still intact and no odor.
THERE WILL NOT BE EXCEPTIONS.
If a refund is requested for a defective product, it will be the product only. Shipping is not refunded.
If we do not have the desired size available for an exchange, we can exchange it for a product of the same value.
PLATINUM will not be responsible for any packages lost in the mail. Customers are responsible if packages are lost, so insuring packages is highly recommended.
Once the product is received, we will email you to complete the exchange process.
